We chose these lights in our last house and have ordered them again in our new location. High quality rubber designed to stay installed rather than PVC which can’t handle exterior installation over time. Someone just said the other day how the lights have “made” our outdoor area 🤗👌🏼

The product is as described and seems to be of good quality. It arrived very quickly. There was a small issue with one of our items, but the customer service representative was very gracious and quickly fixed it. I will happily buy from Liquid LEDs again!

Absolutely love these lights so much so I’ve come back to order a 3rd set. Previously ordered 2 x 20m for at work in an outdoor area, and then a 2 x 20m for a community group for inside a hall for ambiance lighting. Both times quick delivery, easy install and both sets have been in use for over 4 years. Now ordering a set for my own outdoor veranda.

Great hassle free service, the product however is substandard

I've never left any negative comment on any online shop website before, But this website did made me furious by adding extra 2 dollars to the final bill... Yes it's not optional, and it was added in the last flash of 0.5 of a second before the payment went through! A TOTAL scam!

The $1 charge was for ShipTection Shipping Protection, an optional insurance amount you could have seen at checkout when you entered your delivery address and payment details. Once you confirmed your order, ShipTection was visible in your order confirmation, and the invoice was emailed separately. If you accidentally overlooked cancelling ShipTection during checkout, you can contact us to request a refund. However, we cannot process a refund since you have already received your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, which was delivered to New Zealand.

Impossible to purchase an E12 Candle Bulb anywhere but LIQUID LED's.
Bunning and Supermarkets only stock E14's, so, delighted to purchase and receive bulbs in two days. Amazing customer service. Too easy Thank you so much.

Needed a small bayonet bulb, soft light low wattage. Found just the business at Liquid LEDS when unable to find elsewhere

These bulbs provide flicker free (eye comfort) , smooth diming and accurate colour reproduction. Will be replacing all old chandelier bulbs in living room.
FYI if you use the slow motion video capture on your phone it will high light just how bad, low quality led bulbs flicker. ( not easy to see with naked eye, but develops eye strain after time.)
